A Day of Hand to Hand Bochum

A single day of standing hand to hand and foot to hand with Tom the Acrobat, at open space bochum in the Ruhr valley. Two three hour blocks, 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00, each bookended by its own warm up and cool down.

The day works through standing hand to hand and foot to hand step by step: several ways in and out, the mechanics of lifting and throwing, spotting that actually holds, and partner tricks scaled to whoever is in the room. There is dedicated handstand time and targeted strength work aimed at position and timing rather than raw effort.

There are entry requirements. Flyers need a safe hand to ground entry and a wall supported handstand of roughly 20 to 30 seconds. Bases need a stable high bird carry. Everyone needs L base hand to hand and foot to hand experience. Early bird 70 euro until 16 August, 85 euro after, with social pricing codes available.
