Acro TT France 100hrs

A residential 100-hour acroyoga teacher training in Champagne-en-Valromey, France - built around how to teach, not just what to teach.

You'll work through L-base, standing acro, flows, washing machines and basic dynamics alongside yoga, mobility, partner training and inversions, plus restorative lunar acro and Thai massage. Additional modules cover anatomy, injury prevention, class structure, communication and inclusivity, with real teaching practice and post-course follow-up hours. Meals and accommodation are on-site; some prior acroyoga experience is required to apply.
