Acro Yoga and Surf Retreat

An eight-day, all-inclusive acroyoga-and-surf retreat at Amaru Wellbeing Resort in Aposentillo, Nicaragua, themed 'Move, Connect & Recharge in Paradise' - all skill levels.

California-based couple Steve Cummings (therapeutic flying, paratrooper background) and Gina Shiotani (former ballet dancer, focused on body awareness) lead six acro workshops plus a guided surf session and daily water time. Days flow from a morning acro workshop through free time for massage or surfing, an afternoon jam or adventure, a sunset beach acro session, and evening cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance, with three meals a day included. $2,300-2,700 by room type, including airport shuttle, WiFi, AC and housekeeping; $500 deposit, payment plans available.

Rooms are $2,700 private, $2,500 shared double and $2,300 shared triple (in the Chinandega region), and a breakfast bar is included; airfare, massage, insurance, gratuities and extra transport are not.
