Acrocation

A five-day acroyoga intensive at Mora Yogastudio in Sweden - a historic school with two spacious shalas and lake and mountain views - with guest teachers Misaris Acro from Slovakia.

Nine workshops cover whip pops, pops, Icarian, acroyoga flows, handstands and standing partner acrobatics, plus daily morning yoga and evenings of Thai massage, sauna and hiking. Aimed at intermediate to advanced practitioners with foundations in basic flows, Icarians and Tarzan techniques, and capped at 20 for personal attention. From 3,600-4,000 SEK including workshops, morning yoga, breakfasts and studio accommodation; optional vegetarian meal package available.
