Acrolala

Acrolala is a small, intimate four-day festival on a private island in the Altmühl River near Solnhofen, Bavaria - a lovely way to close the outdoor acroyoga season.

Alongside acroyoga and yoga workshops (two running at once, and you can propose your own), there's a sauna, firespace, river swimming, and canoe and SUP rental. Sleep in your own tent or camper, or book a glamping tent with a real bed. The adjacent beer garden serves vegetarian and vegan food with breakfast and all-day drinks, and self-catering and hardship options are available.

The site is Aktivmühle Camping, about 120 km north of Munich, with movement and sound-journey sessions alongside the acro, eight mainland camper spots by the bridge and new shower and toilet facilities; meals bring two warm entrées plus a breakfast buffet.
