Acrology Sardinia Retreat 2026

A week of acro, movement and adventure in Ulassai, a mountain village in Sardinia’s wild Ogliastra region, around 20 minutes from the coast.

The retreat mixes acroyoga, yoga, hiking and climbing with plenty of time to explore the landscape around Ulassai, from limestone tacchi and ancient oak forests to waterfalls and caves. Nearby highlights include Su Marmuri cave, the Lecorci and Lequarci waterfalls, and the Taccu plateau.

It is as much about the place as the training. Expect village life, nature, shared meals and a group of people coming from different countries, with the Acrology team framing the week around movement, connection and slowing down a little between adventures.

Ulassai itself sits around 700 m above sea level and is known for its dramatic scenery, traditional Sardinian culture and remarkably long-lived local population.
