Acromania Advanced+ 2026

Another six-day edition of the advanced Acromania retreat at Brunnenhaus near Cologne - high-level hand-to-hand and dynamic acrobatics, five to six hours of training daily.

Led by Tom the Acrobat, the week runs from Monday arrival and welcome dinner through daily training and recovery to a Saturday celebration and Sunday brunch. Prerequisites include tempo hand-to-hand and floor-to-hand with releases, a 3-second one-arm hand-to-hand, and courbet/cascade with spotters - though those below can train fundamentals on a longe. Dorm, van or double-room accommodation, sauna, paddle pool and three gourmet meals a day; from €640, with a 10% social discount.

The venue is in Wermelskirchen; €640 covers a dorm or van spot and €685 a double room, with a €25 cash-back bonus for bringing a first-timer.
