Acromania Intermediate+ 2026

A high-level retreat over six days at Brunnenhaus near Cologne, training hand-to-hand and dynamic acrobatics - the sixth edition of 'Acromania: Blood, Sweat and Tears', for ambitious acrobats.

Five to six hours of daily training on a dedicated longe system, with tiered programming so different levels can progress. Evenings bring guided jams, sauna, paddle pool, forest access and a Saturday dinner party, plus three gourmet meals a day. Prerequisites include 10-second standing hand-to-hand and foot-to-hand holds, podshedshka to 2-high and a pitch-to-hip catch. From €640, with social pricing available.
