AcroYoga 1 Retreat mit 7 Basic Modulen

A beginners acroyoga weekend at the Burgstallmuehle in Bechhofen, Middle Franconia, running Friday dinner through to Sunday afternoon.

Around fourteen teaching hours covering AcroYoga modules one to seven, the foundational block, across the three pillars of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage with therapeutic flying. Group size is kept to roughly twelve to eighteen and no partner is needed. Taught by Sabine Winkler with a second teacher to be confirmed.

Tuition is 210 euro. Food is 65 euro for vegetarian and vegan full board, and accommodation is 50 euro for two nights in a double room in the main house with shared bathrooms, or 20 euro for two nights in your own camper. Everyone pitches in with cooking and kitchen duties. A follow on weekend covering modules eight to twelve runs at the same venue in November.
