AcroYoga 3Punkt BaseCamp

A 10th-anniversary edition of the 3Punkt BaseCamp - seven days of acro, yoga, handstands, bodywork and live music in the Austrian mountains at Ebnit, kept intentionally small.

Capped at around 40 people, the international team supports every participant individually, and the acro workshops rise in difficulty through the week as the group's level builds. Training covers dynamic acro (whips, pops, Icarians), handstands, standing sequences and L-base flows, taught bilingually in English with German translation; you should already have basics like star, side stars and flyer-to-hand. Three daily meals from regional organic farms, plus ecstatic dance, sauna and jacuzzi. Early-bird €695 full week / €295 weekend; accommodation paid on-site (€12-24/night).

There's no SpaceCamp component this year, and discounts are offered for students, low-income participants, block holders, teachers and returning 2025 attendees; kitchen staff Catherina and Tatiana prepare the meals.
