Acroyoga Montreal Teacher Training

A two-week Level 1 AcroYoga teacher training by Acroyoga Montreal, taught by Heidi Blais, Jill Campbell, Eugene Poku and Jessie Goldberg, a team with deep roots in the local community.

Described as a crucible where the physical, social and spiritual meet, it strengthens your own yoga, fitness and observation skills while preparing you to teach beginner acroyoga classes, guided by the idea that 'the key to an advanced practice is the ability to return to the fundamentals.' Non-residential, though organisers historically help arrange low- or no-cost housing within Montreal's acro and yoga communities. $2,250-3,500 CAD, with discounts for early written applications.
