Acroyoga Teacher Training 100h

An 11-day, 100-hour teacher training at Centro Tierra de Luz, a sustainable yoga centre in Chiva near Valencia, Spain, run by Acroyoga School.

A four-module curriculum covers yoga philosophy and ethics, acroyoga techniques (Icarians, whips, pops, flows, handstands, flying therapeutics, Thai massage), anatomy, and teaching methodology, taught by Cata y Jordi, Jochu, founder Marcos and Mariam. It runs learning-by-doing with daily teaching practice, group feedback and a final assessment, leading to Yoga Alliance and Acroyoga School certification. You should already be comfortable as base or flyer (ninja star, low F2H in L-base, bird-to-bird pop, 10-second supported handstand). Offered in English or Spanish; full board included, accommodation €600-700 on top of €1,350-1,800 tuition.

The prerequisite skills also include a 4-step, the technique syllabus covers inversions alongside the handstands, and accommodation pricing is €600 for a campervan or shared room, €700 for a twin room.
