Antola Acro Festival

A week at Rifugio Parco Antola, an off-grid mountain refuge at 1,480 m in Liguria, Italy, reachable only on foot - acroyoga and low-impact living in the hills.

Days flow through morning yoga, group warm-ups, multi-level workshops and open jam time, with evening community gatherings, games, relaxation, a group hike and an outdoor acro photoshoot. Shared meals are cooked from locally sourced and on-site-grown ingredients, and accommodation is dorm-style or tent camping. As an off-grid property, guests are asked to be mindful of water, electricity and gas.

It splits into a 3-day pre-festival - advanced Icarian/castaway and standing hand-to-hand with Acrolinks, Lucie Beyer and Jay, capped at 24 (prerequisites like wall handstands and free stars) - and a 4-day main festival of 20+ classes across two level tracks, taught by Double Up, Acro Conciencia, Lucia and Giampi, Acro Share, Acro Loco and Bianca Archetti. Dorms hold four bunks per room (capacity 32) alongside camping, with pricing roughly €230-450 depending on camping or dorm and pre-festival, main-festival or combo options.
