Edinburgh Acrobatics Festival

Three days at Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh, run by acrobat Eric Munday.

Eight taught workshops with four parallel choices in every slot, plus jams, warm ups and cool downs. The spread is wide: partner acrobatics including Icarian, whips and pops, handstands, Hungarian teeterboard, doubles aerial and contact improvisation. Every slot carries at least one guaranteed beginner workshop, and there are solo acro options for anyone arriving without a partner.

Around 150 to 170 pounds for the weekend, no day tickets. Not catered, with a long lunch break and a cafeteria and supermarkets nearby; the organiser circulates a shared spreadsheet for lifts and floor space.
