Emerald City Acro Intensive

A Seattle intensive for group and standing partner acrobatics, built around real skill-building rather than sampling tricks.

Progressive tracks from beginner to advanced cover dance lifts, dynamic partner skills, hand-to-hand, banquine and injury prevention, with daily warm-ups, fundamentals classes, multiple workshop sessions and open training time at Emerald City Trapeze Arts. New for 2026: a performance track led by Arthur Davis culminating in a public show. Instructors include Arthur Davis III (Cirque du Soleil alum, two-time world champion), Zeus and Phyllis, Lux, and Micah and Moonbeam. Sliding-scale pricing, $750-1200+.

Prerequisites are a standing high-bird/side-star, a 30-second handstand, standing foot-to-hand skills, and safe hand-to-hand entrances and exits.
