Handsfree Acro Festival

The world's first festival dedicated entirely to hands-free acro - now in its 6th edition - in Loone, Estonia.

Hands-free acro means balancing through weight-bearing contact points rather than the hands: hands-free stars, mono reverse stars, shoulderstands and mono foot-to-hand transitions. Expect 18 workshops from introductory to advanced, daily hands-free conditioning and dedicated jam time, taught by Sam and Luka, Geno-bob-weno, Natalia and Joshua, Adam Brewster, YogaSlackers and Linnea Sablosky. Introductory sessions still assume a foundational acro practice. Nightly saunas, forest trails, group Thai massage and an on-site mini-cafe round it out.

The mini-cafe serves homemade cakes, private professional massage is also available, and the festival welcomes anyone on a hands-free journey, from curious beginners to experienced practitioners.
