Handstand Heaven

Four days devoted entirely to handstands at Acro Church Kraftfeld in Hettstedt, Germany - a historic church reborn as a movement space.

Training moves between the indoor hall and the church garden, with guided morning mobility, handstand workshops for all levels, flexibility and strength sessions, afternoon jams, evening massage exchanges and bonfires. Seven international instructors - Mau Jara, Alona Azural, Nati Velez, Nikoleta, Anthony, Kat and Kiljan - and three vegan meals a day. Capped at 50 participants.
