Handstand Revolution Summer Intensive

A handstand intensive at Brunnenhaus near Wermelskirchen, Thursday 16:00 to Sunday 14:00, taught by Jules Kuehner with Sebastian Friess and Jordis Troost.

Aimed at intermediate and advanced hand balancers. Five workshops of two and a half hours each work through alignment, different entries, shapes including bendy handstand, and one arm work, with guided handstand jams alongside. Mornings open with mobility and movement, evenings close with stretch, and there is free training time in between.

Three nights of accommodation in a choice of room types, three vegetarian meals a day and sauna access are included. The site sits in a nature reserve with forest walks and river swimming on the doorstep.
