Icarian Workshop with Fer and Jose

This weekend is all about upgrading your icarian skills! You will have the chance to precisely refine your basics and get the feedback you need from Jose and Fer´s expert eyes, so that you can smoothly sail towards the execution of more advanced tricks, supported by a clear understanding of the dynamics involved and - not to be forgotten - life changing spotting technique!

We will make sure to create a group that is balanced in bases/flyers ratios, so we can easily focus on front tucks, castaway and pirouettes. If you can´t do these tricks, you will learn how to.

⭐ Understand the technique of front tuck, pirouette and castaway so you actually know what is working and what is not
⭐ How to spot, fall, and train safely
