Intensive Acro Dynamic Workshop with Pri-Anna

A two-day, intermediate-to-advanced dynamic acro workshop with Pri and Anna at JAYOGA Roma, near Metro Porta Furba Quadraro in Rome.

Sessions focus on Icarian and foot juggling, whip-pops and 'whicarian' transitions, plus advanced spotting, with two three-hour blocks each day. You should already be comfortable with rising whips, whip-pop Tarzan transitions and basic Icarian throws (throne and bird combinations); no partner required. Early-bird €120 for both days (€60 single), rising to €140/€70; group kept small for personal attention, registration by email or phone.

Sessions run Saturday 10:30am-1:30pm and 3:30-6:30pm and Sunday 10am-1pm and 3-6pm, at Via Diana 17; cancellations by 30 September get a 50% refund, none afterwards (register at info@jayoga.it).
