Mega Jam Black Forest Acro

Four days in the German Black Forest with no fixed schedule - just free acro jams, technique exchange and creative flows - at Haus Sonnhalde in Lenzkirch, with a gym, terrace and meadow overlooking the forest.

Deliberately unstructured ('everything can, nothing must'): free jamming and partner acro, plus yoga, movement, Thai massage, breathwork, sauna, cold plunges and evening fires. Optional add-on workshops cost a small fee paid directly to the teacher. Built for jamming and connection over a set curriculum. Four-day pricing by accommodation: 360 CHF camper/van up to 530 CHF family room, with dorm and private options in between.

The main jam window runs 12:00-16:00 daily, and the in-between rates are 390-460 CHF dorm-style multi-bed, 490 CHF double and 520 CHF single.
