Modern Tarzan: Lvl 1 Movement Connection Retreat

A week-long, beginner-friendly movement retreat at Monte da Orada, a 70-acre private mountain property in São Teotónio, southern Portugal - no experience or partner needed.

Three classes a day mix introductory acroyoga, handstands and yoga with breathwork, private coaching and communication workshops, working in small groups of four. It's taught by Modern Tarzan (Nicholas Coolridge), a certified acroyoga instructor and 5x American Ninja Warrior finalist, with 500-hour yoga teacher Dominick Cole. Days balance training with a water-canal adventure, beach day, hikes, sauna, cold plunge and bio pool, plus three vegetarian buffet meals daily. $2,300-2,700 by room type; airport transport not included.

It's Modern Tarzan's 11th retreat (Dominick Cole's fifth co-hosting), with snacks and coffee alongside the meals; transport from Lisbon or Faro airports isn't included.
