Movement Flow Fest

Three days of movement at the Waldorfschule in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, framed around movement, encounter and inspiration.

The programme is broad and all levels: movement flow, breath sessions, somatic and embodiment work, handstands, soft acrobatics, acroyoga, therapeutic flying, floorwork and locomotion, active meditation, Thai yoga massage, vocal improvisation, contact improvisation, and a parkour and fear practice session. Saturday closes with a jam and live music, Sunday with masterclasses and a performance night, Monday with the final sessions and a closing circle. Teachers include Luciano Baptiste, Finn Binias, Katharina Dudel, Clara Lohmann, Nil Teisner, Felix Burger and Ale Schneider.

Late bird 250 euro for the three day pass, 99 euro for the Monday and evening combination, 20 euro for the jam evening or the performance night alone. Tickets include all workshops and two meals a day. No accommodation, this is a day format city festival.
