PAC - Polish Acro Convention

The Polish Acro Convention gathers over a hundred participants and around twenty teachers at the 'U Tośki 3' resort in Podhale, right at the base of the Tatra Mountains.

Across four days and eleven workshop rounds - four classes to choose from each slot - the menu ranges over L-basing, standing acro, Icarians, whips, handstands, acro dance, stretching, yoga and Thai massage. The resort offers multiple training halls, jam areas indoors and out, acrobatic lines, plus a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Three vegetarian/vegan meals a day, evening jams and show nights, on-site or nearby accommodation, and a shuttle from Kraków.
