Portugal Spirit AcroYoga Retreat

A seven-day residential retreat at Monte Orada, a 71-hectare eco-sustainable centre on Portugal's southwest Atlantic coast between the Algarve and Alentejo - built for deep nourishment through nature, connection and shared time.

Days flow from morning meditation, breathwork and yoga into a solar block of acroyoga, partner acrobatics, handstands and dance acro, afternoon drills, and free time at the biopool, sauna or beach, with evenings of Thai massage, therapeutic flying, kirtan and fire circles. Led by founder Inez Almeida with Karel Salet and Jolien Heetkamp. Shared double rooms with private bathrooms and three organic vegetarian meals a day; requires at least six months' acro experience (comfortable in L-base star and side star). €1,450-1,550 by tier, capped at 20.

Meals come with unlimited fruit and tea, a non-refundable €250 deposit secures a spot (with a tiered cancellation schedule), and shared transport is arranged from a welcome breakfast meetup in Lisbon.
