SwissAcroYoga Retreat - Mountain Moves

The autumn edition of Mountain Moves - a four-day Barefoot Yoga retreat at a historic home wrapped in forest and meadows at the foot of the Alpstein, near Urnäsch, Switzerland.

Around ten workshops cover acroyoga, handstands, contact games, partner exercises and Thai massage, led by Slava Goloubov, Gabe, Loli, Sheilina and Melanie. The pace is deliberately slower than a festival, leaving real room for rest alongside the training and connection, with playful, sustainable learning at its heart.
