The Acro Way 2026

A 14-day, 100-hour intermediate acroyoga teacher training at Acro House, a finca in Selva in Mallorca's Serra de Tramuntana, 30 minutes from the sea.

Led by Gabi Bergback (co-founder of AcroYoga Stockholm) and Jacob Brown, it pairs technical skill and reliable spotting with real weight on communication, safety and holding space, and graduates join the wider Acro Way network with ongoing coaching. The 100+ hour curriculum spans L-basing, standing acro, Icarian progressions, whips, pops, teaching methodology, Thai massage and community-building. Requires 6-12 months' practice plus specific skills (bird, throne, star, side star, back plank, 30-second wall handstand). Outdoor tatami training, two harness systems, a pool, three daily vegetarian meals; dorm bed €1,300 to private room €2,000.

Prices rise €100 after 1 July, applications are screened via a Google Form, and the venue has shared dry toilets with indoor and outdoor showers.
