A 4-day women's and non-binary acro retreat at Westwood Retreat Centre in Golcar, Huddersfield, UK.
A weekend to empower women and non-binary voices and explore the group dynamics of gender in amateur circus and acrobatics. Daily workshops range from AcroYoga L-basing, Thai massage, and flying therapeutics to standing acrobatics, plus daily yoga and handstand classes (Solar Asana, Same Size Flows, Handstands on Body Parts, Trio Tricks).
